| Renewable Energy Awareness Day: Sedona & Prescott |

The "Renewable Energy Awareness Day" (R.E.A.D) events sponsored by APS, CAZREN, Sustainable Arizona and Green to Gold Business Network at Northern Arizona libraries are being organized.
SEDONA R.E.A.D. event: The first library event will be on Saturday, February 23rd from noon to 5 pm. The Sedona organizers have kindly reserved some exhibitor space for Prescott area vendors. If you are interested in exhibiting at the Sedona event, please contact Ron Taylor ASAP. Space is limited! PRESCOTT R.E.A.D event: Scheduled for Saturday, May 31st from noon to 5 pm at the Prescott Library. Reservations are being taken now for exhibitors at the Prescott event. Space is very limited so please respond to Ron Taylor ASAP and get your name on the request list for exhibitor space.
Scheduled presentations during these library events: Solar Wind Geo Exchange APS-energy initiatives Energy efficiency/building testing There will be considerable advertising of these events and thus a great chance to get the word out about your business. Friday, February 8, 2008 8:00 - 11:30 AM - The Arizona and New Mexico Chapters of the American Fisheries Society and The Wildlife Society encourage anyone with an interest in water, wildlife, and the Verde River to attend the plenary session, "Providing Water for Urban Growth: Challenges for Managing Terrestrial and Aquatic Species", which is part of their 41st Joint Annual Meeting. A dynamic and diverse panel of presenters will share their recommendations and thoughts on providing water to growing communities and maintaining the ecological integrity of the Verde River. After presentations, there will be a question and answer session with the panel.
