CARNIVAL IN VENICE AT ARCOSANTI |

Colly Soleri Music Center at Arcosanti and the Arizona Vivaldi Festival present Carnival In Venice, a musical comedy on love and fidelity based on the music of Antonio Vivaldi and his contemporaries.
Carnival In Venice will feature the following Phoenix-based performers: Helene Bergeon, soprano as Bianca; Hans Kliphuis, dancer as Giuseppe; Danna Parker, dancer as Delisa; Terpischore Dance Company; Celinda Anne Levno, playing flute; and Pascale Monot, playing cello.
The performance will be preceded by a tour of Arcosanti on May 5th at 5pm, and dinner in the Arcosanti Café at 6pm. The cost for the event is $35 for the performance and dinner, or $15 for the performance. The performance is $10 for students and children.
The evening's menu at the Arcosanti Café will feature chicken breast with rosemary and white wine; green beans with sun dried tomatoes; spelt with white beans and roasted eggplant; artichoke heart soup with fresh basil; baby spinach salad with goat cheese; and raspberry tarts for dessert.
Reservations are strongly suggested for the performance and dinner.
Arcosanti is located 65 miles north of Phoenix, and 2 1/2 miles northeast of Cordes Junction. Take exit 262 off I-17 and follow the signs for Arcosanti.
