Prescott Area Arts and Humanities Council (PAAHC) hosts the 2007 Open Studio Tour taking place October 6th and 7th.
The breathtaking scenery of Prescott offers an inspiring backdrop for the area's many talented local artists. Studio tours allow you to enjoy a behind-the-scenes view of the creative process in a variety of mediums, including glass, bronze, ceramics, paint & textiles.
This year Prescott offers a unique look behind the curtain at theater arts and some studios will have local musicians livening up their venues.
Meet the artist's, hear their stories and step inside their workspace to see the tools of their trade and individual techniques.
PAAHC Open Studio Tours are a self-guided annual activity that offers an eclectic array of Prescott arts and humanities to the public first-hand.
If you are planning an outdoor adventure or just time to relax and enjoy the Prescott area, a tour with the local talent is a great way to add flavor and fun to your weekend.
Free tour maps will be made available at:
Ø Van Gogh's Ear on Whiskey Row
Ø The Hassayampa Hotel
