The October General Membership Meeting of the League of Women Voters of Central Yavapai County will feature a panel of experts discussing: Local Perspectives on Immigration Panelists Scott Mascher, Sheriff Commander —law enforcement Tom Thurman, County Supervisor —construction industry Dr. Henry Schmitt, Superintendent of Humboldt School District—education Robert Resendes, Director of Public Health —public health service Todd Bullock, American Culinary Federation, Prescott Chapter—culinary services Immigration is one of the most critical issues facing our state and nation. The panel will discuss the impact of the immigration question on issues important to the Central Yavapai County area.
