“Power, Purpose and Prosperity2” is the theme of the second annual Prescott Professional Women’s Conference, to be held on Friday, November 9, 2007 in Prescott. This all-day event will bring together as many as 180 women from throughout the region to be inspired on topics related to personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Women from their teens to their 90s are invited to discover the possibilities of who they are, and who they can become.
Six nationally recognized entrepreneurs, executive mentors, and business leaders will help attendees uncover their strengths and learn how to transform them into personal and professional prosperity. Some of the featured speakers include Christine Comaford-Lynch, self-proclaimed “Renegade Entrepreneur” who, with no high school diploma or college degree, was a millionaire by age 27; Jan Fraser, author of “Ordinary Women…Extraordinary Success” and founder of “Dream, Dare, Dance”; and, humorist Jana Ruth, who thinks both men and women take life much too seriously. Silver Rose, emcee, overcame clinical depression and now uses her insight to help others navigate life’s obstacles.
In addition to the speaker sessions, there will be an exhibit hall and bookstore, numerous networking opportunities including a cocktail reception, as well as a cooking demonstration of healthful chocolate snacks by television personality “Chef Rachel” of Phoenix.
The conference will be held at the Quality Inn & Suites in Prescott from 8 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. The fee of $100 includes all speaker sessions, bookstore and exhibitors’ hall, continental breakfast, lunch, and cocktail reception.
